LDHL is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to begin immediately.

Experience in bookkeeping and accounts receivable is required. This person must possess high attention to detail with the ability to work independently and confidentially. We need someone who is action-oriented, adaptable, and a self-starter.  Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, database management such as Access and Donor Perfect, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

This person will provide general administrative support to the Administrator and Executive Director with management of loan repayments (A/R), contributions, mailing projects, events, and marketing.

Hours and Compensation

25-30 hours per week, flexible schedule. $13 per hour.
