Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning is proud to announce the launch of the E. Ann Klein Trade, Occupational, and Technical Education Loan Program, also known as TOTE Loan Program.
The new TOTE Loan program provides interest-free loans to Lancaster County students who have earned a high school diploma or GED and are planning to attend an eligible trade, occupation or technical program. Students are eligible to receive one loan totaling up to $3,400 to aid in their tuition expenses.
TOTE Loan Program will initially offer interest-free loans to students looking to attend Lancaster County Career and Technology Center’s (LCCTC) 12-month or 18-month Practical Nursing or 16-month Automotive Technology Associate Specialized programs.
The TOTE Loan Program is the first of its kind available to students in Lancaster County, and is built off of the 58-year history LDHL has been empowering Lancaster County students to obtain post-secondary credentials.
