Our mission is to provide financial resources to Lancaster County residents in support of their post-secondary educational goals. Since 1961, we have provided more than $21 million in interest-free loans!

Sunny, windy day for a road cleanup! Thanks to the high school club students who helped collect 35 pounds of litter.

Mallory Dodson is the recipient of the Pryor E. and Arlene R. Neuber Legacy Loan. Mallory graduated from Warwick High School in 2025. She is attending the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, majoring in architecture. In high school, Mallory was involved in National History Club (President), Model UN (President), National Art Honor Society (Vice President), National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Environmental Action Club, and Girl Scouts. Her greatest achievement was completing her Girl Scout Gold Award, in which she ran a period product drive for the Warwick Community Chest, and made an informational website. When her mother and Mallory went to visit the University of Edinburgh this year, it was the first flight from Philadelphia to Edinburgh since 2019, which is the year her family vacationed there, and she first heard of the University. Mallory’s life goal is to become an architect.

Our Honorary Chair, Yonnie Kauffman, is a Legacy Loan donor! A Legacy Loan can be established by a donor who has reached $10,000, either as a one-time donation or over several years. The loan can also be named in honor of an individual, group, or organization.
