Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning is committed to providing interest-free loans to Lancaster County students based on financial need.
Traditional Loan Program
The Traditional Loan Program offers interest-free loans to students who are residents of Lancaster County, who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution full-time. Students must demonstrate financial need.
TOTE Loan Program
The Trade, Occupational, and Technical Education Loan Program offers interest-free loans to students who are residents of Lancaster County. Students must demonstrate financial need.
